We are pleased to announce a special room rate of $269.00 a night for ISHA registrants. The deadline to reserve your room at the Seaport Boston is August 15, 2012.

To receive the special group rate, please reference International Society of Hip Arthroscopy (ISHA) when making your reservation. Rates cannot be changed after arrival for the guests who fail to identify their affiliation at the time the reservation is requested.

Please be prepared to provide a major credit card for guarantee which will not be charged until after 6:00 PM on each individual’s arrival date. Checks and major credit cards are acceptable to establish prepayment.

At the time of arrival, each guest must confirm departure date. Any early departure will be charged based on one night’s rate, 14.45% tax and $3.00 Hotel Inclusive Charge.
